I run Launch Nest Studio and have for about six years. Almost everything I know I learned by shipping it, watching it break, and fixing it before anyone noticed. FormaOS is the clearest example: a compliance platform with multi-tenant data, billing and access control that I designed, built and still operate for paying customers. Around it sit a shelf of Next.js sites for real estate, fashion, jewellers and a rug shop, all held to the same bar, which is that I'd be happy to be caught using them.
I did not come up through an engineering team. I spent seven years in customer-facing jobs first, including a stretch at Red Energy, which is where I learned that the thing a client asks for is usually two questions away from the thing they need. Before that: IT support, consulting, a CCNA, and enough hardware to know exactly how systems behave when they fall over. Graphic design, video editing and a bit of teaching did the rest.
I don't lead with credentials because you can open the work and judge it yourself. That's the whole pitch. It is also why the goat is black.
What I take on
Marketing and brand sites
The site a two-person business needs to be taken for a twenty-person one. Fast, indexable, and designed so the first scroll does the selling.
Web apps and SaaS
Auth, billing, tenant isolation, background jobs, the whole product. FormaOS is what that looks like when the client is me.
E-commerce
Storefronts built around how the shop actually sells. Kabul Fashion has no cart, on purpose: every dress there is fitted in person, so an order is a conversation.
Design systems
Typed components, a type scale and motion rules the next developer can't break by accident. Cheaper than a redesign every quarter.
Technical SEO and performance
Programmatic pages, structured data, Core Web Vitals held under real traffic. Speed Service turned twelve services and twenty-two suburbs into 234 pages that rank.
Brand and motion
Identity, art direction, and the kind of motion you only get by scrubbing real frames under the reader's hand. You've been watching it.
How a project goes
Discover. Before anything gets designed we pin down what the build has to earn back, who it's for, and what finished looks like. It's the part where scope gets argued, once. Design. In Figma and in the browser at the same time. You get a system of type, motion and components, not a folder of static screens that fall apart on a phone. Build. Production code from the first commit: typed, tested, accessible, quick. The same bar FormaOS is held to, because it's the same person holding it. Launch. Ship, measure, refine. Analytics and search are wired in before launch, so the site keeps earning after I've stopped staring at it.
